A LEGACY OF CRAFTSMANSHIP

CRD Construction was founded by Cullen Dorfman, whose passion for building and craftsmanship began at a young age. As a teenager, Cullen worked in his father’s cabinetry shop, where he learned the value of precision, hard work, and pride in creating something that lasts. He continued working in the shop through his early years, developing a strong foundation in custom cabinetry and hands-on craftsmanship.

Cullen proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army before pursuing higher education. After completing his military service, he attended the University of Wisconsin–Superior, earning a degree in Criminal Justice. Following college, Cullen worked as a probation officer, continuing his commitment to service, accountability, and community.

While successful in his career, Cullen realized he missed the creativity and fulfillment that came from building. That realization led him back to his roots and to the founding of CRD Construction. What began as a return to hands-on craftsmanship quickly grew into a full-service construction company built on integrity, attention to detail, and dependable workmanship.

Today, Cullen and his wife, Aili, are raising their two children, son Jaxson and daughter Della, while continuing to grow CRD Construction. Family values are at the core of the company, influencing the care, honesty, and pride brought to every project. Cullen’s background in custom cabinetry, disciplined leadership, and public service continues to shape CRD Construction’s commitment to quality, trust, and building spaces that stand the test of time.
